1. When asking your questions do not identify yourself. you may leave your note unsigned or assume a pseudonym, to protect your privacy.
2. Questions must be appropriate for this column. Questions that are offensive in language, thought, and description will be rejected.
3. C-I-ACT is the sole judge of the acceptability of every submission.
4. Responses cannot be specific to a person’s condition and cannot be interpreted in the context of a person’s therapeutic needs nor used as a substitute for any form of therapy.
5. The column cannot be used for personal counseling
