Sexuality Counseling
Resuming life after being treated for cancer is not easy. Conflicts, confusion, and specific concerns confront patients and partners. Studies demonstrate that counseling support during and after treatment help people adjust more quickly so they can experience a higher quality of life.
On that note, CIACT has established a sexuality counseling resource program primarily for cancer patients and survivors and their spouses or partners.
For information on counseling, email us or call 301-983-9702.
Currently four advisors are available to work with cancer patients and their partners individually or jointly.
